1.Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. This is in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act.
2.How to Return: Please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
3.Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) within 7–10 business days.
4.Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used items, perishable goods such as beverages and freeze dried coffee, and discounted items are non-returnable due to hygiene and food safety concerns.
5.Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
